How to be a good leader? Bellow some tips that I got when I had trained with Dale Carnegie. We should be a better person as always :)

Begin with praise and honest appreciation
Mulailah dengan pujian dan apresiasi yang tulus

Call attention to people's mistakes indirectly
Tunjukkan kesalahan secara tidak langsung

Talk about your own mistakes before criticizing the other person
Akui kesalahan Anda sendiri sebelum mengkritik orang

Ask questions instead of giving direct orders
Ajukan pertanyaan sebagai ganti perintah langsung

Let the other person save face
Selamatkan muka orang lain

Praise the slightest improvement and praise every improvement. Be hearty in your approbation and lavish in your praise
Beri pujian atas setiap kemajuan, betapa pun kecilnya

Give the other person a fine reputation to live up to
Beri reputasi tinggi untuk dicapai

Use encouragement. Make the fault seem easy to correct
Beri dorongan. Buatlah kesalahan mudah diperbaiki

Make other person happy about the thing you suggest
Buatlah orang lain senang melakukan apa yang Anda usulkan
