Emily Strange film breaking news

Counterculture icon Emily the Strange will soon star in a long-anticipated feature film, and Dark Horse Entertainment President Mike Richardson has signed on as the film¹s producer. Richardson is the producer behind a number of blockbuster films including 30 Days of Night and The Mask.
Admired by legions of fans for more than 15 years, Emily now graces the pages of the world¹s top fashion magazines including here in the one and only i-D magazine where a winking Emily is clad in a fabulous cape by world renowned fashion designer Martin Margiela.

Emily the Strange¹s connection with Richardson comes from her Dark Horse Comic Book lines. The first series of four comic books launched in 2005, with Emily the Strange #1: Chairman of the Bored as the premier issue. A new Emily Dark Horse series began in 2007, starting with the Death Becomes Her issue.
