Road Riding : Day 2

At this time, I was located in Pondok Ungu Sales Center, together with Widya, Brigas, and Ricky. It was time for delivery. After salesman had ordered last friday (see my last post), delivery man distributed products on monday.

I accompanied Bapak Harno as a delivery man and Bapak Gino as a helper. They were very kind, funny, hard working and very javannese, hehehe. Bapak Harno has been doing this job for 14 years, he has 1 son (he told me that his son, in elementary school, prefered buy parfumme than ice cream, ck ck.. anak jaman sekarang), and he missed his family at village. Then, Bapak Gino has been doing this job for 1 year and he has 1 daughter.

Our distribution area were arround Kranji, Taman Galaxy, Jatibening, Bintara, and Jaka Sampurna. There were 28 outlets that we should distribute. Before we went to outlets, we had checked the truck and the amount of product.

What did they do in each outlet?
Of course, they must deliver the product and get the money. But, not every outlet took all what they have ordered, maybe because they didn't have the money, there were no person in charge, or they never order before.
