Following the success of the Rip Curl Pro Search in 2009, Rip Curl have officially announced that their ASP World Tour stage will once again be held in Supertubos (Peniche).This year from the 7th to 18th October, the Rip Curl Pro, the 8th event on the world circuit (of 10) will once again be coming to the mythical Portuguese shores of Peniche where the world’s best male and female surfers including current World Chapions Mick Fanning and Stephanie Gilmore will rip up the awesome Supertubos wave AKA ‘the European pipe’.
